"We only have positive things to say about Michelle and Kate of Bloom Events. These two gals were absolute rockstars! They took care of every detail on our wedding day and went well above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. In fact, we feel that they were the best investment we made in preparing for our wedding day. If there was one piece of advice we could give to a newly engaged couple, it would be to hire Bloom Events! They were professional, well-organized, and made themselves available at all times to answer any of our questions. Many people in our bridal party, including my own mom complimented the way they handled the whole evening. Anytime there was a question or a need they were prepared and handled every challenge with care and grace. Not only were they professional and well-organized but they also made sure we were having the special day we had envisioned for ourselves. For example, the groom and I were so busy chatting with friends and family during the cocktail hour, that we missed out on all the hors d'oeuvres. Michelle and Kate, however, surprised us by saving us some hors d'oeuvres and gave us a few minutes to sneak away to our bridal suite to enjoy a few treats in privacy. There were many moments such of this that we would have missed out on, if it hadn't been for Michelle and Kate taking care of absolutely everything!"

"I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Michelle of Bloom Events. Being someone who likes to plan, the one thing I wanted to do on my wedding day was have someone else be there to help coordinate so I could relax. Needless to say, my wedding day was stress-free and relaxing, largely in part to Michelle. When I first met with Michelle and Kate, I could see their passion for their work and loved that they took interest in the wedding and me without having booking yet.

 

I knew by the end of the meeting that I wanted them for day-of coordination. One of the signing motivators was that Michelle was married at Semple Mansion, which was where my wedding took place! Overall, Michelle was terrific and she went above and beyond for both my husband and I on our wedding day. Stephen and I agree that it was probably one of our best investments towards the wedding.

 

We had a few issues the day-of but she handled all of them for us with extreme grace and brought a sense of calm to us. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did and for how wonderful of a person she is. A million times over I will recommend Michelle and Bloom Events! Do yourselves a favor and book them for your next event!!"

"I truly do not have enough amazing things to say about Bloom Events! From the very start of the day, Michelle and Katie were SO helpful, organized, efficient and calming. From the moment I met Michelle, I knew that I was in good hands, but I really can’t stress enough how incredibly comforting it was to know that the ladies would be handling all the pre-wedding and day-of coordinating. Our head table, guest tables and all the reception area décor were set up beautifully. Bloom Events really saw my vision and brought it to life more than I could have ever imagined. Undoubtedly, there were a couple hiccups on the day of the wedding, but I knew nothing as they were all handled discretely and effectively. Prospective brides, RUN don’t walk to book Bloom Events. "Bloom Events was amazing to work with. My fiancé and I chose to go with the Peony package which included several in-person meetings, unlimited email correspondence, assistance with selecting décor, day of planning, and an additional planner. Being able to email about different logistical things that came up regarding set up and tear down of chairs and dance floor and just having them say, “No worries, we will handle it” was priceless. I was a very anxious bride to begin with so when communication issues with our venue came up, having two experienced wedding professionals to work with was a huge relief. Other items that they handled that I was thankful to not have to worry about included writing out a day of schedule, and coordinating with all of our vendors to ensure setup and readiness of everything (décor, florals, table linens). On the wedding day, while I was getting my hair and make-up done, all the set up was happening at the venue and I was able to try and relax and laugh with my bridesmaids. My fiancé did some audio setup and Kate was very helpful in getting that set up as well. They also took care of countless little things on the day of so that we didn't have to worry about them and honestly we weren't even aware of in the moment. Even with all the things you can’t plan for, both Michelle and Kate were there to handle it. I especially appreciated the moment when Michelle got me ready to go down the aisle with my dad and fluffed my train one last time so my sister in law could watch the ceremony from start to finish. Both my fiancé and I agree that if we had to do it again we would hire Bloom again in a heartbeat, but we are only getting married once so we are glad we chose right the first time. :)"

"I came across a posting for Bloom Events while wedding planning and convinced my fiancé that a wedding coordinator was crucial for our big day. We set up an initial meeting with Kate and Michelle to discuss their services and our needs. Within minutes, Tim and I knew we had hit the jackpot of coordinators. From then on, Michelle and Kate kept in weekly contact with us throughout the planning process, offering referrals for vendors and check-ins to see how things were going. They went above and beyond what I ever imagined! 

 

Not only were Michelle and Kate helpful prior to the wedding, they were absolutely amazing the day-of the wedding. They were able to execute our vision for the space perfectly, given little instruction and kept us on schedule the whole day. They made our big day incredibly simple and stress-free.

As a person who is actively involved in the Wedding Industry – I have had the experience of “knowing how to plan” weddings and help implement them. After going thru a very detailed and “Labor Intensive” wedding for my Eldest Daughter - I realized that I would have been a much Happier and less stressed person if I would have gotten some additional help! When the time came for me to help plan and execute my Youngest daughter’s wedding, I decided it was

time to get some professionals involved!

 

I chatted with many of my own contacts and thru a Bride that I am doing her florals for I got the referral for Bloom Events MN. I contacted these two wonderful women and we had coffee and I realized that “They Got it!”

 

It is rare for me to find someone who thinks as detailed as me – and these lovely people took my ideas and were able to help me with my Daughter’s outdoor themed wedding – which went off without a hitch (except for some weather) – but all in all – the day went just as planned!

 

Michelle and Kate are fantastic with communications, timelines, and went above and beyond when helping me work with the Mother of the Groom and other vendors. I cannot rave enough about their ability to adapt and manage many situations and in the end- help

deliver a beautiful wedding day !!!
